Despite a sleepless night and snow squall warnings, I decided to head back up north to capture a few shots that had eluded me yesterday. Ben and Taylor were game of course and Mike Hermanovsky came up as well. I don’t think it’s any coincidence that the fast guys are also the committed ones. I was stoked that Mike was coming cause I knew he would give it his all. Ben and Taylor have never given less. Great guys to shoot with! They really push themselves for the shots and smile doing it.
I got up there around noon and the light still looked promising. It was a pretty cold start to the shoot but we never got the bad weather they warned us about all day. It was partly overcast but I’ll take that over snow squalls. It made for a chilly day waiting for breaks in the clouds but it was worth it. We made use of some of the nice light we had.
